Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program in Mansfield and Ashland. You will start learning our business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners as you master operations and sales.

You’ll receive mentoring and hands-on training in customer service, sales, and business leadership, with a clear path to managing your own branch. Compensation targets a strong first year and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or within 2 semesters of graduation
• Valid driver’s license required
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed
• No more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
• No drug or alcohol convictions in the past 5 years
• At least 3 months experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Leadership
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Learn the Management Training program starting day one at a neighborhood branch
• Represent Enterprise to customers and partners as the face of the company
• Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations to run a future branch
