Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program, with opportunities across Boardman, Youngstown, Austintown, Warren, Niles, Salem, and Calcutta locations. As a MT, you’ll learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or be within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Must have at least 3 months experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Leadership.
