Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in the Akron area. As an MT, you will start learning our business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

You will be mentored, trained in sales, customer service, finance, and operations, and you will have a clear path to running your own branch while developing your team and career within a culture of promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor's.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years (DWI/DUI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have at least 3 months experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage operations.
• Graduate to running a branch, cultivating new business and developing a team.
