Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training program in Elizabeth City, NC. As a Management Trainee, you will begin learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, preparing to run your own unit.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, supported by mentoring and a culture of internal promotion. Competitive benefits accompany this growth-focused role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service and/or leadership/management experience.
• Average of 47 hours per week.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must not have interviewed for the same position at any NC location in the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• We are hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program and you’ll learn our business from day one based at a neighborhood branch.
• You will master customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations to progress to running your own branch.
• You’ll receive guidance, mentoring and community engagement opportunities to build your own business.
• The program emphasizes developing leadership and team-building skills and a path from trainee to branch manager.
