Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in New Jersey. As an MT, you will start learning from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, while developing your operations knowledge to eventually run your own location.

The program includes mentoring, training, and a culture of internal promotion, with the goal of building strong leaders for our branch network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service or Leadership.
• Must be 18+ and able to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Learn business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Represent Enterprise to customers and partners as MT.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
