Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training program in New Jersey. You will begin learning the business from day one, serving as both the front-line contact for customers and the back-end operations expert at a neighborhood branch.

You will receive mentoring and hands-on training in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with the goal to eventually run your own branch and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry (minimum 1 year).
• Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community/academic orgs (minimum 1 year).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid, unrestricted US driver's license.
• New Jersey driving requirements for new drivers/under 21 (GDL).
• Must be within a 1-hour commute to location(s).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Available to work an average of 46 hours per week.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
