Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Kinston, NC. As a MT, you’ll learn the business from day one and rotate through sales, customer service, and operations, with a clear path to leadership.

You’ll receive mentoring, hands-on training, and advancement opportunities within the network. A bachelor’s degree, 6 months of relevant experience, and a 47-hour week are required, with benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service and/or leadership/management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Leadership could include experience in organizations/club, volunteer work/community service, athletics or military service.

Responsibilities

• You will start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• You will be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.
• You will learn to excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
