Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Laurinburg, NC is hiring for a Management Training Program. You will start learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining hands-on operational expertise.

You will be mentored and trained to eventually run your own branch, develop teams, and grow new business, with a culture focused on internal promotion and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service and/or leadership/management.
• Must be available to work an average of 47 hours per week.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions on record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Must not have interviewed for the same position at any location in North Carolina within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• We are hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program and you’ll start learning our business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In the program, you will learn to run a branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful and will engage with the community to build your own business.
• You’ll learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, always prioritizing our customers.
