Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program at a Wilmington, NC location. As a MT, you’ll learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

You’ll be mentored to run your own branch, grow your team, and develop cross‑functional skills in sales, operations, and finance. The program emphasizes hands‑on learning, customer service excellence, and a culture of promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service and/or leadership/management experience.
• Leadership could include experience in organizations/club, volunteer work/community service, athletics or military service.

Responsibilities

• Learn Enterprise processes from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage back‑end operations.
• Aim to run your own branch and develop a team through the program and mentoring.
