Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. offers a Management in Trainee (MIT) Program designed to fast-track your career in distribution. You will work hands-on from day one, rotating through warehouse ops, sales and supporting functions to build a foundation for leadership roles.

The 9–12 month program emphasizes mentorship and development initiatives, with relocation between two branches and a clear path to Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating.
Willing to relocate for training and promotional purposes.
Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR.
Rotational training across two branch locations with ~50% time in each.
Prepare for progression to Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager.
