Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in McKinney, TX is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As a Management Trainee, you’ll rotate through sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations to build a clear career path with internal promotion opportunities.

Starting with structured training, mentoring, and hands-on experience in our neighborhood branches, you will learn to lead a team, drive customer service, and develop the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform management training across branches and support daily operations.
• Develop knowledge in sales, customer service, and operations to prepare for leadership roles.
• Engage with customers and partners while building internal teams and processes.
