This 24-week, hands-on experience lets Trainees participate in all areas of operations, learn about the company culture, and develop leadership skills for future management roles. Trainees will learn the LTL industry, gain operation experience, and develop leadership abilities while rotating through shifts and potentially relocating to different service centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college is required.
• Willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
