Cintas is seeking an Advanced Management Partner to be trained for Senior Leadership roles, with hands-on assignments across Customer Service, Affiliate Management, Accounting and Sales. The program includes leading Account Managers, visiting customers, coaching and developing partners, and integrating service, sales and production oversight.

Qualified candidates must meet DOT or provincial driving requirements, hold an active license, be 21+, and have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and willingness to travel up to 10% (including overnight)
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives to deliver excellent services.
• Hire, develop, train and motivate partners; visit customers to maintain service levels; troubleshoot issues; upsell products; coach and evaluate partners.
• Manage Service Center, oversee the service, sales, office and production aspects of the office.
