Cintas Corporation invites applications for its Management Trainee program designed to accelerate your leadership career through hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service management. You’ll work with experienced leaders to build customer relationships and drive operational excellence.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree within six months, a valid driver's license, meet DOT requirements, and be willing to relocate regionally.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
