Job summary

Cintas Corporation offers a Management Trainee program designed to kickstart a career through hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. You’ll learn from experienced managers to develop leadership skills and prepare for advancement.

Required: a Bachelor's degree within six months, a valid driver’s license, and DOT medical certification; relocation may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Qualified candidates must meet DOT requirements for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role.
• A business or related major is preferred.
• Leadership/management role on campus or in extracurriculars.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments, immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
