Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Advanced Management Partner to be trained for Senior Leadership roles. The program includes hands-on assignments in Customer Service, Affiliate Management, Accounting and Sales, with a time spent in the office to integrate service, sales and production management.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred), be able to travel 10% (including overnights), and meet all DOT driving requirements as a condition of employment.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements: active driver's license, 21+ years of age, DOT medical certification, provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Customer Service team of Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives.
• Oversee Affiliate Management, Accounting and Sales as part of the training path to General Manager.
• Visit customers to maintain service levels and upsell products while coaching partners.
• Manage the Service Center operations including service, sales and production aspects during training period.
