Job summary

Cintas Corporation is actively seeking an Advanced Management Partner to be trained and prepared for Senior Leadership roles. The program combines hands-on assignments across Customer Service, Affiliate Management, Accounting, and Sales, with a focus on developing all fundamental leadership capabilities.

Assignments will include leading teams, coaching staff, visiting customers, and overseeing service and sales functions.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of account managers and customer service representatives.
• Hire, develop, train, and motivate staff; visit customers to maintain service levels.
• Oversee service and sales assignments and manage the office, service, and production aspects.
• Coordinate service center operations and overall department management.
