Job summary

Cintas is offering a Management Trainee program designed to jumpstart your career through hands-on rotations in Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. The program aims to develop leaders who can drive growth and efficiency across multiple departments.

You will work closely with experienced managers, participate in sales activities, and build strong customer relationships while gaining exposure to executive seminars and divisional summits.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• DOT driving requirements for vehicles weighing over 10,000 lbs must be met.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join a well‑structured program, where you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands‑on rotations in various departments. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop leadership skills and gain hands‑on experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.

Skills & Qualifications

Requirements

• Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Preferred

• Co‑op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role.
• A business or otherwise related academic major.
• A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
