You will learn from experienced managers, develop leadership skills, and prepare for advancement while contributing to daily operations.

Successful candidates will have a degree within six months, meet DOT driving requirements, and be ready to relocate regionally if needed for program rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree within six months of starting.
• Active driver's license, 21+ years old, and DOT medical certification.
• DOT requirements for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments in a leadership view.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in professional development via executive leadership seminars/divisional summits.
