Cintas offers an exciting Management Trainee program designed to launch your career with hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. You will learn from experienced leaders and participate in projects that develop leadership, communication, and operational skills.

Ideal candidates will pursue a Bachelor's degree within six months, maintain an active driver's license, and be at least 21 with DOT certification.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Must have an active driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
