Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee you will:

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while also acting as an operational expert behind the scenes.
• Master the knowledge and skills required to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop a team.
• Get guidance, mentoring and support to succeed.
• Build relationships in the community essential to building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations and put customers first.

Qualifications

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past five years.
• Minimum one year of experience (within the last five years) in one of the following areas:
• Sales – commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
• Customer service in a sales industry (e.g. retail, restaurant, hospitality).
• Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team.
• Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not requiring work authorization sponsorship.
