Job summary

WashU Car Wash in Wheaton, IL is seeking a Shift Lead – Car Wash to oversee daily operations during your shift and support team performance. This role ensures efficient operations, high-quality service, and exceptional customer experience.

On-site training is provided and the position offers flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time options. You will lead team members, coach staff, and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while promoting memberships and premium

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage operations and transactions accurately.
• Reliable and punctual with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Physically able to operate car wash equipment and perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Shift Lead – Car Wash

Job Level: Entry-Level Leadership

Location: Wheaton, IL

Status: Full-Time & Part-Time

Compensation: $16 - $18 plus commission/bonuses, OTE $21+ per hour

Benefits: We offer flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time positions available, ranging from 24 to 40 hours per week. Team members enjoy free car washes and the opportunity to earn commission on monthly wash membership sales.
