The attorney will handle a broad range of employment litigation, advise on day-to-day issues, and work with colleagues to develop effective strategy. The position offers a hybrid schedule and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Georgia Bar admission in good standing
• 3-8 years of labor and employment law experience
• Significant employment litigation experience in state and federal courts
• Ability to manage matters independently and in teams
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters from inception to resolution
• Represent management in claims before state and federal courts and agencies
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, participate in depositions and hearings
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment issues and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and deliver business-focused solutions
