The attorney will handle a broad range of employment litigation, advise on day-to-day issues, and work with colleagues to develop effective strategy. The position offers a hybrid schedule and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Georgia Bar admission in good standing
• 3-8 years of labor and employment law experience
• Significant employment litigation experience in state and federal courts
• Ability to manage matters independently and in teams
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills

What you'll do

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters, from inception through resolution, including single-plaintiff and complex disputes
• Represent management in employment-related claims before state and federal courts and administrative agencies
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in depositions and hearings
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment issues and risk mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions

Required qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing
• 3-8 years of substantive labor and employment law experience
• Significant experience in employment litigation, including matters in state and federal courts
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively within team-based environments

Preferred qualifications

• Experience gained at a large or well-regarded law firm preferred

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive salary range: $200,000 - $315,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses
