• Strong employment litigation experience required, with meaningful experience handling matters through discovery and motion practice.
• Experience with employment counseling, internal investigations, restrictive covenants and/or class and collective actions is a plus

A sophisticated yet collegial litigation boutique is expanding its Atlanta employment practice and is seeking a Mid‑Level Employment Associate to join its growing team. The group handles management‑side employment matters, including discrimination, wage & hour, class and collective actions, counseling, and investigations.

Qualification

• 3+ years of substantive labor & employment experience in a national, regional, or boutique firm environment including exposure to wage & hour matters
• Strong employment litigation experience required, with meaningful experience handling matters through discovery and motion practice
• Experience with employment counseling, internal investigations, restrictive covenants and/or class and collective actions is a plus
