The role focuses on sophisticated employment matters, representing employers in high-stakes disputes and advancing a long-term career within a premier practice.

The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, excellent legal writing abilities, and a drive to work closely with clients and seasoned attorneys on complex workplace issues.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar admission required.
• At least 3 years of strong litigation experience.
• Labor and employment law experience preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong client communication and relationship-management abilities.
• Sound professional judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in labor and employment litigation matters.
• Draft and prepare motions, briefs, pleadings, discovery requests and responses.
• Conduct legal research and support litigation strategy.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and case preparation.
• Manage case responsibilities and deadlines through all stages of litigation.
• Analyze complex workplace disputes and provide practical, business-focused legal guidance.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients on litigation strategy and risk management.
• Support the successful resolution of employment-related claims and disputes.
