Pay: $205,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year

Job Description

• Handle a variety of labor and employment litigation matters for management-side clients
• Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, discovery, and other key litigation documents
• Support case strategy, factual development, legal research, and overall matter management
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation-related proceedings
• Work closely with clients to provide thoughtful, business‑focused legal guidance
• Collaborate with a respected team of attorneys on complex workplace disputes and sensitive employment matters
• Manage deadlines and caseload responsibilities in a fast‑paced, high‑level practice
