Job summary

Trinity Health in Livonia, MI, is seeking a senior IT leader to drive short- and long-term planning, aligning business goals with IT strategy and coordinating with program managers to ensure roadmaps meet operational constraints.

You will act as a liaison between senior business leaders, IT teams and vendors, lead change initiatives, coach leaders, develop governance, budgeting and performance metrics, travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information technology, business administration or a related field and seven years of consulting or leadership experience.
• Foundational knowledge of IT operations or IT project management.
• Master's degree and people management experience preferred.
• Expertise across multiple business operations disciplines with ability to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead business planning sessions to align IT operations with business goals and requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between senior leaders, IT organization, and vendors.
• Lead change across business units, develop processes, governance, and measures.
• Drive cross-functional decisions using IT and business data.
• Develop and maintain relationships with system office and senior leaders; communicate IT strategy and performance.
