Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of consulting or leadership experience in IT or operations.
• Foundational knowledge of IT operations or IT project management.
• Master's degree and people management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand intake and capacity alignment for managed services, ensuring triage and classification of requests.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to balance demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Drive change management, governance, and performance measures across IT and business leaders.
• Support budgeting, planning, and cost control related to IT operations and services.
