Job summary

LDI Connect is seeking a Client Services Administrator in Parsippany, NJ to coordinate day‑to‑day management of a major account’s Managed Print Services. You will be the primary contact for customers, ISS, technicians, and vendors, ensuring timely service, equipment changes, and supplies.

You will use PrintAudit, MyPrintManager, and eAutomate to maintain records, track progress, and communicate updates. This onsite role requires strong organization and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating a major account's Managed Print Services program.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for major account customers and ISS, handling service requests and supplies.
• Coordinate service requirements between customers, technicians, ISS, and internal teams.
• Use PrintAudit, MyPrintManager, and systems to monitor devices and keep records.
• Manage HP device registrations, deployments, relocations, replacements, retirements, and updates.
• Use eAutomate to enter service calls and assign technicians.
• Track MPS supply shipments, monitor deliveries, and resolve issues.
• Prepare daily toner shipments and coordinate deliveries to locations.
