Job summary

Impact is seeking a Sales Executive (Managed Print Consultant) to drive new print business in the local Chicago market and manage a portfolio of active print-only clients. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through regular business reviews and timely issue resolution.

The role requires 5+ years in copier sales and deep knowledge of copier leases, Kyocera/Konica equipment, and related software agreements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Copier Sales.
• Knowledge on copier leases and Kyocera and Konica print equipment.
• Understanding of lease buyouts, upgrade, and lease return process.
• Ability to work independently and communicate efficiently interdepartmentally.
• Experience with Papercut, Printer Cloud and SMUA software agreements.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new print business in local market.
• Manage and retain a portfolio of active print-only clients.
• Serve as the dedicated representative for assigned print clients.
• Conduct regular and consistent business reviews with clients.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for account upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs.
• Support Impact’s goal of client retention and growth within print services.
