The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, client relationship management, and cross‑functional collaboration with technical teams to craft proposals, onboard new accounts, and grow recurring revenue. Expect hybrid field work and regular travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience not required, but beneficial in outside sales or account management.
• Familiarity with managed IT, cybersecurity, or VoIP services is a plus.
• Understanding of B2B recurring revenue sales cycles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with newly acquired clients for long-term retention.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities in managed IT, cybersecurity, VoIP, and co-managed IT.
• Prepare proposals and presentations to meet margin targets.
• Coordinate with technical teams for accurate quotes and onboarding.
• Track pipeline and report on activity in the CRM.
