RSM US LLP is seeking a MTS Desk Intern to support our Technology Consulting team in Boston. You’ll assist with phone and email technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and help manage client systems and backups across multiple environments.

The internship emphasizes hands-on learning in Office 365, Windows Server, and network-related tasks, while developing strong communication and problem‑solving skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in MIS, CS, or IT related concentration with a preferred 3.0+ GPA.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on detail and communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with enterprise tools like SharePoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and email technical support for end-users to resolve hardware or software issues.
• Troubleshoot workstations, servers, and network-related issues; perform systems administration tasks across multiple clients.
• Monitor and troubleshoot client backups; document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
