Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Pharmacy Management Consulting Manager to lead initiatives blending managed care pharmacy strategy with pharmacy operations and clinical transformation for payer and provider clients. You will focus on improving drug spend, medication management, and program performance while guiding teams through complex formulary design and cost-containment programs.

Travel up to 80% may be required, and you will collaborate with a global healthcare team to deliver large-scale

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of consulting/advisory experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managed care pharmacy, PBM operations, or pharmacy cost management.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Active Pharmacist license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify pharmacy cost and drug trend drivers across medical and pharmacy benefits.
• Lead managed care pharmacy initiatives including formulary strategy and PBM performance.
• Partner with clinical and operations leaders on pharmacy operations transformation and program design.
