Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Pharmacy Management Consulting Manager to lead initiatives blending managed care pharmacy strategy with pharmacy operations and clinical transformation for payer and provider clients. You will focus on improving drug spend, medication management, and program performance while collaborating with clinical and operations leaders across healthcare engagements.

The role requires at least 3 years in healthcare consulting and 5 years in managed care pharmacy or PBM operations,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of consulting/advisory experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managed care pharmacy, PBM operations, or pharmacy benefit/cost management.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address pharmacy cost and drug trend drivers across medical and pharmacy benefits.
• Lead managed care pharmacy initiatives including formulary strategy, utilization management, and PBM performance.
• Partner with clinical and operations leaders on pharmacy operations transformation and clinical pharmacy program design.
• Travel up to 80% as needed by client requirements.
