Accenture is seeking a Health PBM Operations Manager to optimize PBM operations for healthcare clients in the U.S. You will lead data-driven strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate analytics and automation initiatives across client engagements.

Travel up to 80% is expected as you guide implementation workstreams and manage teams of consultants and analysts to deliver measurable improvements in PBM performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in PBM operations.
3+ years of consulting experience in health industry with a focus on technology solutions.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Assess clients' PBM operations to identify optimization opportunities.
Develop data-driven strategies aligned with client goals.
Apply pharmacy regulations and industry best practices for compliance.
Evaluate technology solutions to improve PBM operations, including analytics and automation.
Lead and coordinate consultants and analysts to drive improvement.
Define KPIs with clients and monitor impact for adjustments.
