Job summary

Accenture is a global leader delivering healthcare transformation and clinical operations improvements. As a Clinical Manager, you will lead care delivery transformations to improve throughput, utilization, and frontline performance for providers and payers.

You will design care delivery models, drive improvements in patient flow and capacity, and partner with clinical leaders to translate strategy into executable pathways. Travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement.
• Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Design and implement care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions.
• Drive measurable improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization.
• Partner with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence‑based pathways and workforce models.
• Travel up to 80% as needed by client requirements.
