Job summary
Milliman's Indianapolis Health Practice is seeking a Senior Managed Care Pharmacy Consultant to join our team. The candidate will lead client relationships across pharmaceutical projects and develop strategies for formulary access and new technologies.
With 15+ years in managed care pharmacy and 10+ years delivering multiple pharmaceutical projects, you will mentor staff and drive project success from Indianapolis, with remote work options across the US.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the US healthcare system relating to benefit design and reimbursement.
- Ability to interact with senior leadership internally and externally.
- Effective communication and presentation in virtual and in-person settings.
Responsibilities
- Identify and advance business development opportunities with clients.
- Lead client relationships for projects and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Develop detailed project plans and communicate status to leadership.
- Prepare presentations and reports communicating project progress.
- Deliver engaging, well-organized presentations and manage project scope.
