Job summary

SimonMed is seeking a Mammography Technologist to perform screening and diagnostic mammography, including tomosynthesis, with emphasis on image quality and patient comfort. You will ensure ALARA principles, accurate positioning, and clear patient communication in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

You will maintain MQSA/ACR/HIPAA compliance, document imaging in RIS and PACS, and mentor students as part of a collaborative team dedicated to early detection and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• ARRT(R) and ARRT(M) certification required.
• Current state radiologic technologist license where applicable.
• MQSA compliance and continuous education (15 breast CEUs every 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography including tomosynthesis.
• Ensure image quality and ALARA principles.
• Accurately position patients and communicate procedures.
• Maintain documentation in RIS and PACS.
