Job summary

SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Mammography Technologist to perform screening and diagnostic mammography, including tomosynthesis, in a fast-paced outpatient setting. You will ensure precise positioning, optimal compression, and correct exposure parameters while maintaining QA and documentation in line with MQSA/ACR/HIPAA standards.

Ideal candidates hold ARRT certifications (R and M), a current state license, BLS, and MQSA CEUs.

Qualifications

• ARRT R and M certifications required and state license current.
• BLS and MQSA CEUs as required.
• Tomosynthesis and digital training documentation current.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography including tomosynthesis with ALARA principles.
• Ensure optimal compression and accurate exposure parameters.
• Maintain QA, imaging labeling, and documentation to stay compliant with MQSA/ACR/HIPAA.
• Provide compassionate patient care and communicate clearly with anxious patients.
• Mentor students and uphold high clinical standards.
