Job summary

Solis Mammography in Prosper, TX is seeking a Mammography Technologist to join our patient-centered team. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday shifts and a sign-on bonus up to $7,500.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified technologists. You will operate mammography equipment, ensure precise positioning, and educate patients on breast health while supporting a compassionate, high-touch care model.

Qualifications

• Texas Medical Board License (TMB) is required.
• ARRT Mammography certification or eligible to take advanced level exam with clinical experience.
• Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Continuing Education: MQSA/FDA - 15 CEU every 3 years; 200 documented cases every 2 years.
• Experience with ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies is preferred.

Work Location: 1000 N Preston Rd, Suite 30 Prosper, TX 75078

Work Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm (1-2 Saturday shifts required per month)

The Mammography Technologist operates x-ray equipment and performs a variety of mammography-related diagnostic procedures. Individual must maintain a high degree of accuracy in positioning and exposure technique.

Here is what you will need:

A Day in the Life of a Mammography Technologist:

• Provide services and support for the following areas:
• Understands, promotes and demonstrates the Solis Way
• Consistently practices excellent mammography positioning and exposure technique;
• Ability to effectively communicate to patients the procedures and educate women about the role of regular mammography in preventative breast health;
• Ability to effectively communicate on an individual and small group basis to doctors, patients, and other employees;
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed and sometimes complicated, written or oral instructions;
• Must maintain patient-first focus at all times and exhibit outstanding customer service skills;
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
