Qualifications

• 3 years of radiography experience required; mammography experience preferred.
• Licensure in radiography and mammography by ARRT/IDNS.

Responsibilities

• Determine the appropriate mammography technique and patient positioning to obtain quality images.
• Operate radiographic equipment and maintain supplies; ensure safety and shielding.
• Prepare the mammography room and report equipment malfunctions to supervision.
• Maintain patient records, scheduling, and form completion for radiologists.
• Perform quality control per ACR guidelines and ensure film quality.
• Uphold department safety standards and professional conduct with patients and staff.
