Job summary

Advocate Health Beverly Radiology is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in mammography for a full-time role in Chicago. You will perform imaging procedures, position patients, operate high‑tech equipment, and ensure film quality under ARRT and IDNS licensure requirements.

This opportunity requires 3 years of radiography experience (mammography preferred) and a commitment to safety, patient care, and teamwork within a busy department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiographic Technology.
• 3 years radiography experience; mammography experience preferred.
• Licensed in Radiographic Technology (IDNS) and ARRT certification; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Determine appropriate mammography technique and positioning for quality films.
• Operate mammography/radiographic equipment and maintain supplies.
• Ensure radiation safety and patient shielding following standards.
• Maintain patient records and scheduling, provide customer service.
• Perform quality control per ACR guidelines and report malfunctions.
