Responsibilities

• Position patients and adjust equipment for mammography.
• Prepare mammography room and stock supplies; notify supervisor of malfunctions.
• Maintain patient records, schedule exams, and ensure proper labeling of films.
• Perform quality control per ACR guidelines and document results.
• Ensure radiation safety and shielding for patients and staff.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety practices in the work area.
