Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and direct interaction with patients to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule, reschedule, and/or cancel mammography appointments and related imaging studies.
• Enter providers’ orders in Epic and scheduling systems accurately.
• Verify demographic and insurance information and ensure proper case build and authorization where applicable.
• Follow HIPAA privacy guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and staff; attend departmental meetings as directed.
