Job summary

The Bainbridge Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Wellington, FL to maintain day-to-day operations and the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, support supply purchases, and ensure safety standards and timely service requests.

Strong customer service and curb appeal are essential.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent is required.
• Ability to fluently read and write English.
• 1–2 years minimum experience in community management maintenance or related trade.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in technical training programs to maintain personal skill level.
• Organize, prioritize and ensure service requests and repairs are made correctly and in timely manner.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to minimize liability concerns and ensure curb appeal.
• Assist with turnkey operations if needed.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies at appropriate levels.
• Maintain a superior customer service relationship with residents, co-workers, vendors, and the community.
