Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum 2-3 years building maintenance experience.

• Understanding of commercial self-contained rooftop A/C units.
• Basic computer skills including email proficiency.
• Read and communicate English effectively.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all interior/exterior mall property.
• Assist in the setup of events when needed.
• Operate mall maintenance equipment.
• Perform minor repairs including plumbing and electrical.
• Communicate effectively with management and tenants.
