Job summary
Continental Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support a Clinton Township apartment community. Responsibilities include electrical repairs on appliances and fixtures, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and custodial tasks in common areas.
You may assist with grounds work and move-in/move-out inspections, and participate in standby emergency coverage as needed. The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a background check.
Qualifications
- Experience performing electrical repairs, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Background check and EEO compliance.
- Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform general electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, and circuits.
- Perform general plumbing tasks and clear stoppages; replace fittings.
- Paint interior and exterior areas as required.
- Carpentry tasks: doors, shelves, windows; repairs as needed.
- Assist in custodial work in common areas and sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean windows.
- Assist with grounds maintenance when necessary.
