Job summary

Princeton Management in Mount Pleasant, MI is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of property maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general grounds work. You will respond to work orders, ensure safe and efficient operations, and help prepare units for leasing.

The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and the reliability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills with sound decision-making.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across property including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC tasks.
• Repair or replace damaged components and perform preventative maintenance.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. and climbing ladders as required.
• Assist with grounds duties and general property upkeep.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Complete work orders with timely reporting.
