Job summary

MAKE UP FOR EVER, LLC, a subsidiary of LVMH, is seeking a Sales & Education Executive to join our Boston team. You will leverage your sales skills to drive revenue and empower customers through makeup education.

Responsibilities include leading a regional team of Market Specialists, conducting product demonstrations, shaping merchandising, and building strong Sephora partnerships while delivering exceptional service. Occasional travel and weekend coverage are required to maximize sales impact.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven experience in field sales, retail management, education and leadership (Sephora and cosmetics experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of makeup techniques, products, and trends.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute strategies in assigned regions to achieve sales targets and boost revenue.
• Cultivate relationships with Sephora and Beauty Advisors to meet makeup needs.
• Perform product demonstrations and consultations to drive sales.
